"Straightforward billing, no surprises"
I’ve been using fax.plus for a few months now, and so far my gut says it’s a trustworthy setup. The billing is easy to understand, with no random add-ons or surprise charges showing up. My invoice matches the plan I chose when I signed up, which I really appreciate. I can also check my plan and usage without having to hunt around the site. that kind of transparency feels rare these days.

"Wish more services made canceling this easy"
I ended up needing to cancel my fax.plus plan, and I was kind of bracing myself for a hassle. Thankfully, it was straightforward. I found the option in my account, didn’t have to jump through any weird hoops, and got the confirmation right away. I do regret not checking how easy it was sooner, because I had put it off thinking it would be annoying. Nice to see a service that actually lets you leave without making it difficult...

"Easy fax API setup"
Well... the API was simple to get set up, and it’s been working well for me. It saves me a lot of the manual steps I used to deal with, which is a big help.

"Fax came through blurrier than I expected"
I sent over a few documents and the person on the other end said the Fax.Plus looked blurry. I mean, the text was technically readable, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but some of the smaller details came out messy. For something this simple, I guess I just expected the image quality to be a bit better

"Decent service, but support could be better"
fax.plus works fine for basic faxing, and if you only need to send something once in a while, it probably does the job. My issue was with tech support. They took longer than I expected to get back to me, and I had to explain the same problem twice before getting a generic answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you’re dealing with something time-sensitive, the support side might be frustrating

"Fax went through super fast"
I used fax.plus to send few papers because the office still wanted a fax instead of email. i wasn’t expecting much from it.
But the fax went through really quick, and I got delivery status almost right away. No sitting around wondering if it actually worked or not.
It was also simple enough to use. For speed, it did exactly what I needed, so I’d give it 5 stars

"Upload and conversion could be better :-/"
I tried uploading a few documents, but it took longer than I expected, and the converted file came out a little messy. It wasn’t totally unusable, but it was definitely frustrating when I just needed to send something quickly.

We started using fax.plus in our small office, and my first reaction was, “Wait, why weren’t we doing this sooner?” The team management stuff is super convenient. I can add people, set their roles, and quickly check who sent what without having to bug everyone. Setup took a little bit at first, but once it was done, it just kind of runs smoothly. "Trying to fax Germany was more hassle than I expected"
I tried sending an international fax to Germany twice, and both times it failed. Kind of frustrating, especially since I don’t send faxes often and was already surprised I even needed to use one in 2026. It reminded me of digging through old paperwork in a filing cabinet, which somehow took longer than the actual task should have. Anyway, the service didn’t work for what I needed, so the whole experience was rough.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this: receiving faxes only worked some of the time for me. I ended up missing a bunch of faxes, which was really frustrating and inconvenient. If you rely on faxes for anything important, I’d be careful

"Signing works, but it could be smoother"
I mostly use fax.plus for signing documents and sending them out, and for the most part, it gets the job done. The only thing is that placing the signature on my screen can feel a little clunky sometimes. Is it a dealbreaker? Not really. But could the whole signing process be a bit smoother? Definitely.

"Google Drive sync works well"
I use the Google Drive sync and it’s been really handy so far. The integrations just kind of work in the background, which is basically what I was hoping for. Seems like a solid setup overall.

App is fine. Works okay. But support? Not great. I asked a simple question and waited days for a reply. By then, I had already figured it out myself. Annoying, honestly.

"Works fine most of the time"
I mostly use fax.plus on my phone, and overall it gets the job done. Sending a fax is simple enough, and I’ve had decent luck with it, though the app can feel a little slow here and there. Sometimes after uploading something I’m not totally sure right away if it actually went through, but it usually seems to work out. The pricing is okay, not exactly a steal, but reasonable enough when I need to send a fax. I’d just feel a bit better if the mobile app was more consistently smooth.
